This single-storey, independent, contemporary style house is located in a small, very quiet housing estate where the decoration and large living spaces will charm you.

This gîte can accommodate up to 7 people. You will have at your disposal a spacious living room composed of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and a dining area. The living room will be ideal to share convivial moments with family or friends and you will have at your disposal a flat screen TV with Orange channels, a DVD player.

The direct access to the fully enclosed garden will allow you to enjoy the garden furniture, deckchairs, sunbeds and children's games.

The gîte is composed of 3 double bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 bed, a single bedroom (90x200 bed), a bathroom with shower, corner bath, double washbasin, separate toilet.
In the basement you will find a laundry area and the possibility to park several vehicles. All charges will be included in the price of your stay (electricity/heating), the beds will be made on your arrival, towels and household linen will be provided. Wifi free of charge.
